Presentation of the TV Award 1961 of the Prins Bernhard Fonds (Prins Bernhard Fund) in the town hall of Hilversum. Present are a.o. Minister of Education, Arts and Sciences J.M.L.T. Cals, chairman of the NTS E.A.Schüttenhelm, mayor of Hilversum J.J.G. Boot, chairman of the AVRO Willem Vogt and director Erik de Vries. Proffesor W.F. de Gaay Fortman, chairman of the board of the fund, reads out a telegram by prince Bernhard, after which he presents the award to Carel Enkelaar, editor in chief of the NTS-journaal (NTS News). Enkelaar delivers a speech.
